Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Geriatriska pacienta ar gūžas kaula lūzumu līdzestība stacionārā. Aktualitāte - pacienta vispārējā veselības stāvokļa un funkcionēšanas uzlabošanai pēc operācijas ir ieteicama līdzestības veicināša stacionārā. Darba mērķis - izpētīt geriatriska pacienta ar gūžas kaula kakliņa lūzumu līdzestību stacionārā. Pētniecības uzdevumi - analizēt literatūru par geriatriskiem pacientiem ar gūžas kaula kakliņa lūzumu, par līdzestību; analizēt B. Ņūmenas māszinību teorijas pielietojumu saistība ar bakalaura darba tēmu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – interviju; veikt pilotpētījumu un pētījumu, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos intervijas rezultātus, izdarīt secinājumus. Pētniecības jautājums - kāda ir geriatriska pacienta ar gūžas kaula kakliņa lūzumu līdzestība stacionārā? Pētniecības metode – kvalitatīva. Pētniecības instruments - daļēja strukturēta intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti - pētījums rāda, ka lielākai daļai no aptaujātiem pacientiem ir vērojama līdzestīga stacionārā. Pacienti veic visas rekomendācijas, ko nozīmējis ārsts, fizioterapeits, vai ieteikusi māsa. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 6 nodaļām, 11 secinājumiem un 3 pielikumiem. Izmantoti 75 literatūras avoti. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the coexistence of a geriatric patient with a hip bone fracture in the hospital. Actuality - in order to improve the patient's general state of health and functioning after surgery, it is recommended to promote coexistence in the hospital. The aim of the work - to study the inpatient stay of a geriatric patient with a fracture of the neck of the hip bone. Research tasks - to analyze the literature on geriatric patients with a fracture of the neck of the hip bone, on coexistence; to analyze the relationship between the application of B. Newman's theory of nursing and the topic of the bachelor's thesis; develop a research tool – an interview; conduct a pilot study and research, collect and analyze the obtained interview results, draw conclusions. Research question - what is the hospital coexistence of a geriatric patient with a fracture of the neck of the hip bone? Research method – qualitative. Research instrument - semi-structured interview. The results of the study - the study shows that most of the surveyed patients have concomitant hospitalization. Patients follow all recommendations prescribed by a doctor, physiotherapist or nurse. The work consists of an introduction, 6 chapters, 11 conclusions and 3 appendices. Used 75 literary sources.
