Latvijas atalgojuma izpēte un analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura tēma ir “Latvijas atalgojuma izpēte un analīze”. Darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz statistikas datiem no Centrālas statistikas pārvaldes un specializētas literatūras sniegto informāciju, izpētīt Latvijas privātā sektora atalgojuma sistēmu, veikt tās analīzi un sniegt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidošanai. Bakalaura darba izstrādei tika izmantotas: kvantitatīvā metode, analīze, salīdzināšanas metode un monogrāfiskā jeb aprakstošā metode. Bakalaura darba autore izpētīja darba samaksas normatīvo regulējumu, kā arī statistikas datus par atalgojuma apmēru un salīdzinājā minimalo atalgojumu apjomu ES valstīs, veica savus secinājumus par izskatīto atalgojuma situāciju Latvija, un piedāvāja priekšlikumus konstatēto trūkumu labošanai.

The subject of the bachelor's degree is "Research and analysis of remuneration in Latvia". The aim of the work is, based on statistical data from the Central Statistical Office and information provided by specialized literature, to study the remuneration system of the private sector of Latvia, to analyse it and to make proposals for its improvement. The following were used for the development of the bachelor thesis: quantitative method, analysis, comparison method and monographic or descriptive method. The author of the bachelor's thesis studied the regulatory regulation of wages, as well as statistical data on the amount of wages and compared the amount of minimum wages in EU countries, made her own conclusions about the examined wage situation in Latvia, and offered proposals for correcting the identified deficiencies.
