Abstract
Bakalaura darbā ir apkopota literatūra par dažādiem lapu salātiem, to ķīmisko sastāvu, paraugu sagatavošanas metodēm, un minerālvielu analīzes metodēm. Darbā tika veikta dzelzs noteikšana ar AAM un fotometrijas metodi, kalcija noteikšana ar AAM, kālija noteikšana ar liesmas fotometrijas metodi un nitrātu noteikšana ar jonometrijas metodi. Paraugi tika sagatavoti ar sausās mineralizācijas metodi, kā arī visos paraugos tika noteikts mitruma daudzums. Iegūtie rezultāti ir apkopoti tabulu un diagrammu veidā. Rezultāti tika salīdzināti savā starpā un arī ar literatūras datiem.
In Bachalors thesis literature is summarized about chemical content of lettuce, sample preparation methots and mineral analysis. In this work determination of iron was made with atomabsorptiometry and photometry, determination of calcium with atomabsorptiometry, determination of potassium with flame photometry and determination of nitrate with ionometry. Dry mineralization was used for sample preparation as well as moisture content in all samples were determined. Results were compared with each other and also with the literature.
