Covid-19 ietekmes uz cilvēkresursu pārvaldību novērtējums SIA "Rīgas universālais termināls"

Abstract

Pandēmijas radītās pārmaiņas vēl nebijušā veidā ietekmēja uzņēmumus visā pasaulē, taču ekonomika ir elastīga, un vairāku nozaru uzņēmumi savus rādītājus pat bija spējīgi uzlabot. Tomēr Covid-19 pandēmija būtiski mainīja darbinieku ikdienu. Šajos apstākļos strauji pieaug cilvēkresursu pārvaldības funkciju nozīme, tās darbības bija pilnībā jāizmaina, pielāgojot jaunajiem apstākļiem un ierobežojumiem, lai uzņēmums spētu efektīvi turpināt savu darbību. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir novērtēt uzņēmuma SIA “Rīgas Universālais termināls” darbību un cilvēkresursu pārvaldības problemātiku Covid-19 ietekmē un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidei. Cilvēkresursu pārvaldība iekļauj vairākas apakšsistēmas. Bakalaura darbā tiek izvērtētas apakšsistēmas – darba apstākļi un darba attiecības. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 65 lpp. darbā iekļauti 18 attēli, 2 tabulas, kā arī 2 pielikumi.

Covid-19 pandemic affected enterprises around the globe in a completely new and different way. But the economy was elastic and adjusted to the new normal with few industries even reaching higher goals than they expected. Yet with all that, Covid-19 pandemic affected what the usual day looked like for the employee.The importance of human resource management grew its importance between factors of successful business. It had to be completely changed and adjusted to meet with the restrictions so that business could keep efficiency. The goal of this Bachelor's thesis is to evaluate “Rīgas Universālais termināls” work efficiency as well as human resource management and problems that occurred during the Covid-19 pandemic. The goal also is to give suggestions to overcome those problems. Human resource management consists of multiple factors. In this Bachelor's thesis the author focuses on work environment and co-worker relationships. Bachelor's thesis consists of 65 pages including 18 pictures, 2 tables and 2 appendixes
