Abstract

Maģistra darba „Ekoloģiski tīru piena produktu ražotnes izveide” mērķis ir palielināt saimniecību skaitu, kuri ražo ekoloģiski tīrus piena produktus uz z/s „Vecpils” bāzes. Pirmajā nodaļā veikts esošās situācijas apraksts un problēmas raksturojums ekoloģiski tīru piena produktu ražošanā, analizēti aptaujas. Otrajā nodaļā autors izstrādā tehniski ekonomisko pamatojumu projekta priekšlikumam, uz kura bāzes, darba trešajā nodaļā veikta projekta „Eokoloģiski tīru piena produktu (t.i., piena, krējuma un biezpiena) ražošanas iekārtu iegāde un uzstādīšana” rokasgrāmatas izstrāde. Objective of the Master’s Paper “To establish production of environmentally clean milk products” is increase the number of holdings producing environmentally clean milk products to farm „Vecpils” base. In the first chapter there is description of the situation and problems of organic dairy production, analyzed surveys. In the second chapter the author elaborates the technically economical substantiation for the proposal of the project on the base of which in the third chapter of the Paper there is peformed the elaboration of the manual of the project “ The purchase and installation production equipment for production of environmentally clean milk products (e.g. milk, cream and cheese)”.
