Abstract
Darbā apskatītas aktuālākās problēmas, kas saistītas ar nekustamā īpašuma piespiedu izsolēm, par mērķi izvirzot normatīvo aktu nepilnību un prakses problēmu nekustamā īpašuma piespiedu atsavināšanas gadījumā izpēti un ieteikumu normatīvo aktu pilnveidošanai sniegšanu. Pētot minētos jautājumus izmantota plaša un aktuāla tiesu prakse, normatīvie akti un veikts neliels ieskats citu valstu likumdošanā. Darbā iekļauts padziļināts individuālu problēmu apskats, piedāvājot savu ieskatu un ieteikumus šo problēmu risināšanā.
The paper addresses the most significant problems related to enforced auction of real estate, with aim of finding regulatory gaps, loopholes and issues related to practice of real estate enforced auctions and giving recommendations to improve legislation and court practice. Researching these issues author uses broad and relevant case law, legislation and gives small insight into laws of other countries. Work provides in-depth review of individual problems in organization of enforced auction, offering insights and suggestions to address these challenges.
