Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas ir didaktiskās rotaļas iespējas 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu lasītprasmes attīstībā?
Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām. 1. nodaļā sniegts teorētisks ieskats par 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu attīstības īpatnībām. 2. nodaļā aplūkotas didaktiskās rotaļas kā svarīgākā pirmsskolas mācību forma, to organizācijas principi. 3. nodaļā apkopota latviešu, krievu un cittautu metodika lasītprasmes apmācībai pirmsskolā. Darba pēdējā nodaļā sniegts ieskats par veikto izmēģinājuma darbību, kurā tika organizētas nodarbības lasītprasmes apguvei pēc N.Zaiceva metodes.

The 1st part contains the theoretical information about the essence and special features of 5-6 years old children’s. The 2nd part examines the didactic games and their organization principles as the most important form in pre-school teaching. The 3rd part contains different methodological materials concerning teaching to read at pre-school. The 4th part introduces a report about the results of a practical research in a special group of children which was based on N.Zaicev method of teaching to read.
