Abstract
Bakalaura darbs ‘’Institūcijas Jelgavas novadā 1990-2024: administratīvā vēsture, dokumentu sastāvs un arhīvu optimizācijas iespējas’’ radīts ar mērķi izvērtēt administratīvo reformu un centralizācijas funkciju ietekmi uz dokumentu apjomu un arhīvu pārvaldību Jelgavas novada institūcijās laika posmā no 1990. gada līdz 2024. gadam. Teorētisko pamatojumu veido Maksa Vēbera sociālās ekonomikas (institucionālās), administratīvās centralizācijas un arhīvu pārvaldības, dokumentu turpināšanās teorijas. Pētījuma empīriskā daļa satur kvantitatīvus datus no Valsts Vienotās arhīvu informācijas sistēmas (VVAIS), kas tika analizēti ar kvalitatīvām metodēm – deduktīvo kontentanalīzi, balstoties uz noteiktām kategorijām. Darba izstrādes gaitā secināts, ka Jelgavas novada institūciju dokumentu pārvaldību būtiski ietekmē administratīvās reformas, dokumentu sastāva daudzveidība un normatīvo aktu regulējums. Darbs izstrādāts Rīgā LU ESZF laika posmā no 06.12.2024. līdz 19.05.2025. The bachelor's thesis "Institutions in Jelgava county 1990-2024: administrative history, composition of documents and archival management optimization opportunities" aims to assess the impact of administrative reforms and centralization on document volume and archival management in Jelgava municipality institutions from 1990 to 2024. The theoretical basis is formed by Max Weber's social economy (institutional), administrative centralization, and the records continuum theories. The empirical part uses quantitative data from the National Unified Archival Information System (VVAIS), analyzed through deductive content analysis based on predefined categories. The study concludes that archival management in Jelgava municipality is notably affected by administrative reforms, document diversity, and regulatory frameworks. The thesis was written in Riga at the University of Latvia, Faculty of ESZF, between 06.12.2024 and 19.05.2025.
