Abstract
Augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometrijas metodes izstrāde jaukto bromo-hloro dibenzo-p-dioksīnu un furānu noteikšanai zivīs. Darbā tika veikta jaukto bromo-hloro dibenzo-p-dioksīnu un furānu noteikšanas metodes izstrāde, izmantojot augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometriju. Izstrādātā metode tika validēta un pārbaudīta reālu paraugu analīzē, kad tika noteikti 9 jauktie bromo-hloro dibenzo-p-dioksīni un furāni 25 laša paraugos.
Literatūras apskatā apkopota informācija par jauktiem dibenzo-p-dioksīniem un furāniem, to toksiskumu un saturu pārtikas produktos, kā arī par noteikšanas iespējām, izmantojot gāzu hromatogrāfiju – augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometriju.
The development of high resolution mass spectrometry method for the determination of mixed bromo-chloro dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans in fish. Rozentale Irina, supervisor: Dr. Chem. In literature review information about the mixed dibenzo-p-dioxins and furans, their toxicological data, content in food and determination using gas chromatography – high resolution mass spectrometry was summarized.
