Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir darbinieku adaptācijas procesa pilnveidošana AS "G4S" Tēmas izvēle prasa sekojošu problēmu analīzi 1. Personāla adaptācijas teorētiskie un metodiskie pamati. Tie tiek pētīti uz fundamentālās ekonomiskās literatūras analīzes pamata. 2. Uzņēmuma un personāla vadības procesa analīze. Uz teorētisko pamatojumu bāzes tiek analizēta AS G4S saimnieciskā darbība, tiek sistematizētas firmas produkta īpatnības un uz šī pamata atvasinātā veidā tiek analizētas AS G4S personāla adaptācijas darbības pamatelementi 3. Personāla adaptācijas procesa uzlabošanas iespējas uzņēmumā. Tiek vispusīgi analizēti esošās personāla adaptācijas procesa elementi un uz pasaules pieredzes pielietošanas pamata piedāvāti tās pilnveidošanas varianti.
