Klientu drošība, perorālo medikamentu administrēšana aprūpes centrā

Abstract

Maģistra darba „Klientu drošība perorālo medikamentu administrēšanā aprūpes centrā” izstrādes aktualitāte pamatota ar perorālo medikamentu ordinēšanas pieaugumu aprūpes centrā un sabiedrībā kopumā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot perorālo medikamentu administrēšanas pamatprincipus, kļūdas un to rašanās iemeslus. Izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Instrumenti - novērošanas protokols un intervija. Pētījuma laikā noskaidrots, ka māsas realizējot medikamentozo administrēšanu stingri ievēro trīs no pieciem "pieci pareizi" likuma punktiem. Novērojumā konstatēts, ka daļēji ievēro roku un darba vides higiēnas prasības, neīsteno medikamentu smalcināšanu pacienta/klienta klātbūtnē, ne vienmēr pārliecinās par ordinēto medikamentu datu sakritību dokumentos.

The topicality of development of master’s thesis „Customers safety in care center administrating peroral medication” is based on the increase of peroral medication ordination in the care center and society as a whole. The aim of the thesis is to clarify the basic principles of the peroral medication administrating, errors, and their causes. The qualitative research method is selected. Tools – an observation protocol and interview. The study showed that nurses, realizing medical administration, adhere three out of five „five correct” points of law. Observation showed that hand and working environment hygiene requirements are partially complied, the grinding of medication in the presence of a patient/client is not implemented, the compatibility of the ordained medication data in the documents is not always verified.
