Today the need for websites whose content can be changed dynamically without requiring the user to take any action becames more and more greater. The purpose of the bachelor work is to research and become familiar with the most popular real-time Web-site development opportunities, technologies and determine the most convenient and easily applied solution, using real examples. Bachelor work surveys basic core technology and use of the library facilities in the ASP.NET environment, as well as an implementation. In the work procees of bachelor work is studied a variety of real-time web site development opportunities and technologies that allows the server to send data to users without users request. Identifying the most accessible technology for real-time creation of a website, was worked out a small chat website using the most optimal solution.
