SKOLĒNA MOTIVĀCIJAS SEKMĒŠANA LATVIEŠU VALODAS STUNDĀS SĀKUMSKOLAS 4.KLASĒ

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats Skolēna motivācijas sekmēšanas latviešu valodas stundās 4.klasē tika izvēlēts, pamatojoties uz problēmas aktualitāti par mūsdienu skolēnu motivācijas trūkumu latviešu valodas stundās. Darba mērķis ir teorētiski noskaidrot un praktiski pārbaudīt kā latviešu valodas stundās sākumskolas 4.klasē sekmējama skolēna motivācija. Darbā tiek aplūkotas dažādu autoru teorētiskās nostādnes par motivāciju un tās sekmējošiem faktoriem un analizēta psiholoģijas literatūra, lai raksturotu 4.klases skolēnu. Teorētiskajā daļā apkopota informācija par motivējošu mācību saturu latviešu valodas stundā, noskaidrota motivējošas pedagoģiskās darbības principi un kritēriji, kuri tika izmantoti empīriskajā pētījumā. Hipotēzes pārbaudei tika pielietotas tādas pētniecības metodes kā anketēšana, neformāla intervija un fokusa grupas diskusija. Empīriskā pētījuma rezultātā pārbaudot hipotēzi: 4.klases skolēnu motivācija latviešu valodas stundās tiks sekmēta, ja skolotājs: atlasīs aktuālu saturu pēc skolēnu interesēm; izvēlēsies daudzveidīgas pedagoģiskās darbības un metodes, diferencējot uzdevumus, tika secināts, ka tā apstiprinājās. Bakalaura darbā: 71 lpp., 12 attēli, 8 tabulas, 30 avoti, 6 pielikumi.

The topic for the Bachelor's thesis “Enhancing Primary School Student's Motivation in the Latvian Language Lessons in Form 4” was chosen based on the topicality of the problem, when children of the digital generation do not have a motivated attitude in Latvian language lessons. The aim of the thesis is to find out theoretically and test practically how the motivation of a student should be promoted in Latvian language lessons in the Form 4 of primary school. The thesis deals with the theoretical positions on motivation and its influencing factors from the findings of various authors. In order to link the theoretical analysis with the Form 4 students, the psychological characteristics of this age are considered. Information on the content of motivating teaching in the Latvian language lesson, motivating pedagogical activities and criteria that help to understand motivating pedagogical activities are summarized. Research methods such as questionnaires, informal interviews, and focus group discussions, where key issues were raised, helped to understand and analyse the situation. As a result of empirical research, it was concluded that students’ motivation in Latvian language lessons will be promoted if students' interests are taken into account and engaging pedagogical activities and methods are applied while differentiating tasks. Bachelor's thesis contains: 71 pages, 12 figures, 8 tables, 30 references, 6 annexes.
