Nierakmeņu slimības ķirurģiskās ārstēšanas metodes un to ilgums atkarībā no akmeņa izmēra

Abstract

Nierakmeņu slimība ir viena no izplatītākajām nieru un urīnceļu saslimšanām pasaulē, kuras prevalence katru gadu pieaug. Katru gadu šī pataloģija skar miljoniem cilvēku. Nierakmeņu slimības sastopamība populācijā ir vienmērīgi izplatīta starp vīriešiem un sievietēm. Slimība var skart cilvēkus jebkurā vecuma grupā. Diplomdarba mērķis bija analizēt nierakmeņu slimības ķirurģiskās ārstēšanas metodes un to ilgumu atkarībā no dažādiem akmens parametriem un lokalizācijām. Diplomdarbā tika veikts retrospektīvs pētījums un tika analizēti 78 pacienti, kas stacionēti PSKUS uroloģijas nodaļā ar diagnozi N20 (nieres un urīnvada akmens) un kuriem pielietota ķirurģiska terapija akmens evakuācijai.

Kidney stone disease is one of the most common diseases of the kidney and urinary tract in the world, whose prevalence is increasing every year. Every year, this pathology affects millions of people. The incidence of kidney stones in the population is evenly distributed among males and females. The disease can affect people of any age group. The aim of the diploma paper was to analyze surgical treatment methods and duration of kidney stone diseases depending on various stone parameters and localizations. A retrospective study was carried out in the diploma paper and analyzed 78 patients stationary in the Paul Stradins Clinical University hospital Urology Unit with diagnosis N20 (kidney and ureter stone) and who have been used for surgical stone evacuation. Most patients were in the 40-50 age group and 70-80 years of age.
