Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir pētīts attālinātā darba tiesiskais regulējums, tā problemātika un iespējamie risinājumi. Bakalaura darbā tika atklāts, ka ir vairāki attālinātā darba izpildes veidi ar atšķirīgiem nosacījumiem. Autore vērš uzmanību, ka svarīgs nosacījums darbinieka un darba devēja interešu aizsardzībai un iespējamo strīdu novēršanai pusēm noslēgt rakstveida vienošanos par attālinātā darba izpildes nosacījumiem.The aim of bachelor’s work is to study the legal framework for telework, it’s problems and possible solutions. During the development of bachelor's work revealed several ways of performing remote work at different conditions. The Author draws attention on important condition of protecting the interests of the employee and the employer, prevent potential disputes between the sides and enter into a written agreement the conditions of remote work performance.
