Interneta veikali un to izmantošanas analīze

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir „Interneta veikali un to izmantošanas analīze”. Latvijā populārākais e-komercijas risinājums ir interneta veikals, šobrīd laikā to skaits Latvijā ir nozīmīgi pieaudzis. Latvijā pēdējos gadus laikā ir strauji attīstīta Internet pieejamības infrastruktūra, ievērojami uzlabojusies e-komercija, kā arī eksistē citi attīstību veicinoši faktori, tomēr pastāv arī daudz un dažādi interneta veikalu attīstību bremzējošie faktori. Pētījuma mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz interneta veikalus ietekmējošo faktoru analīzi, noteikt interneta veikalu izveidošanu ietekmējošos faktorus un iespējas Latvijā, kā arī izteikt priekšlikumus šīs nozares turpmākai attīstībai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trīs nodaļām- teorētiskās un praktiskās, nobeiguma, izmantoto avotu saraksta un pielikuma. Ievadā tiek apzīmēta pētāmās problēmas aktualitāte, tiek formulēts pētījuma mērķis un uzdevumi. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā ir apkopota vispārīgi e-komercija, tās veidi, vēsture, e-komercijas sistēmu klasifikācija. Otrajā daļā ir analizēti Internet veikali, to darbības un funkcijas. Apskatīta interneta veikalu attīstības vēsture Latvijā, veikalu funkcijas, arī analizēts Internet veikalu informācijas sistēmas. Trešajā nodaļā veikts praktisks pētījums - Latvijas iedzīvotāju aptauja par Internet veikalu izmantošanu, kā arī aptaujas rezultātu apkopojums un aprakstoša analizē. Darba noslēgumā ir apkopoti secinājumi. Darba ir 69 lappuse, 30 attēli, 3 tabulas un 1 pielikums.

The theme of this diploma work is "E-shops and their usage analysis". In Latvia the most popular e-commerce solution is the internet shop, now its amount has significantly increased in Latvia. In Latvia the last years has rapidly developed Internet availability infrastructure, improved considerably e-commerce, as also another development promoting factors, however there are many different Internet shops hindering factors. The purpose of this diploma work is based on the analysis of factors influencing Internet shops and to determine the factors influencing the creation and opportunities in Latvia as well as proposals for further development of this industry. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters - theoretical and practical, conclusions, list of resources and the appendix. In the introduction is described the actuality of indicated problem, is formulated the purpose and tasks of this research. The diploma work consists of 3 chapters. In the first chapter is described e-commerce generally, its types, history, classification of e-commerce system. In the second chapter is analyzed Internet shops, its activities and functions. Is examined the history of Internet shops development in Latvia, the shop functions, and analyzed information systems of Internet shops. In the third chapter is executed the practical research – interview of Latvian residents about Internet shops using, as well as the results of interview and descriptive analysis. In the final chapter conclusions are summarized. The diploma work includes 69 pages, 30 pictures, 3 tables and 1 appendix.
