Noziedzība labklājības līmeņa kontekstā

Abstract

Noziedzības statistika rāda, ka cilvēce šodien nav spējīga cīnīties pret noziedzību. Noziedzība kļūst par vienu no visgalvenākajām problēmām pasaulē. Acīmredzot problēma slēpjas cilvēku labklājībā. Pasaulē ir ļoti daudz valstu, kas nespēj nodrošināt saviem iedzīvotājiem nepieciešamus apstākļus normālai dzīvei. Droši vien noziedzība ir šo cilvēku vienīgais ceļš izdzīvošanai. Kriminālā statistika nevar sniegt konkrētu atbildi. Attīstītajās valstīs var novērot visnežēlīgākos un visbīstamākos noziedzīgus nodarījumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot - vai iedzīvotāju labklājība ir spējīga ietekmēt noziedzību. Pozitīvas atbildes gadījumā, arī noskaidrot, kādā veidā notiek šī ietekme, un atrisināt svarīgo kriminoloģisko uzdevumu – kā cīnīties ar noziedzību, noteicot nepieciešamus noziedzības novēršanas pasākumus.

Crime statistics demonstrate, that the modern mankind is not able to fight against a crime. The crime becomes a main problem of the modern World. Obviously the problem is determined by people walfare. There are a lot of countries in the World, that are not able to create normal living conditions for their citizens. Maybe the crime is the last people’s way to survive. The statistics can not give a definite aswer. The most developed walfare countries in the World have the most professional and dangerous crime tendencies. The main purpose of this diploma work is to find out – how do people welfare affect a crime level in the World. The results will help to find the rigt way in fighting against a global problem of the crime.
