Ceļu satiksmes noteikumu un transportlīdzekļa ekspluatācijas noteikumu pārkāpšana

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika analizētas problēmas, kas rodas kvalificējot noziedzīgo nodarījumu kā ceļu satiksmes noteikumu un transportlīdzekļa ekspluatācijas noteikumu pārkāpšanu, saskaņā ar KL 260.pantu, noteikt noziedzīgus nodarījumus, kas veido kopību ar minēto Krimināllikuma pantu, salīdzināt ārvalsts krimināllikumos paredzētus noziedzīgus nodarījumus, kas ir saistīti ar ceļu satiksmes un transportlīdzekļa ekspluatācijas noteikumu pārkāpšanu, ar Latvijas Krimināllikuma 260.pantu, kā arī analizēt problēmas, kas ir saistītas ar transportlīdzekļa vadīšanu, transportlīdzekļa vadītājam atrodoties alkohola, narkotisko vai citu apreibinošo vielu ietekmē. Kā arī tika apskatīti svarīgi jēdzieni, tādu kā „transportlīdzeklis”, „ceļš”, tika analizēta to interpretācija atbilstoši mūsdienu laikiem. Bakalaura darba beigās darba autors izdarīja secinājumus, kas attiecās uz problemātiskiem jautājumiem apskatītajā jomā un piedāvāja šo problēmu risinājumus.

The main concept of the work is based on the analysis of the Crimanal Laws 260th Article, finding main issues and offering certain ways of how to improve the situation. The goal of this work was to analyse the problems in classifying the criminal offences listed in the Article 260th. During the work the author During the work the author analysed the concept of the vehicle, the concept of the road and its interpretation, has dealt with sensitive issues that can arise in the classification of the offense and its derivations, as well as looked through the Criminal Codes 260th Article problematic issues. The author of this work was using different legal publications, periodicals, literature, laws, cases and other sources, as well as in Latvian and in other languages, that were needed for the purpose of achieving the goal of the paper.On the completion of the work the author wrote a summary, where he compiled and summed up everything written.
