Anēmijas pacientu aprūpe stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Anēmijas pacientu aprūpe stacionārā. Šī tēma tika izvēlēta, jo strādājot slimnīcā ikdienā saskaros ar anēmijas pacientiem, kuriem ir jānodrošina medicīniskā aprūpe. Darba mērķis: izpētīt anēmijas pacientu aprūpi stacionārā. Darba uzdevumi: analizēt pieejamo literatūru par anēmiju. Pētniecības jautājums: kāda ir anēmijas pacientu aprūpe stacionārā? Darba pētniecības daļai tika izvēlēta kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode intervijas veidā desmit māsām, kuras aprūpē anēmijas pacientus ‘’X’’ stacionārā. Pētniecības darba vēlamais rezultāts: veicināt māsu un pacientu izpratni par anēmijas aprūpi stacionārā. Māsai ir jāprot pacientiem izskaidrot anēmijas simptomus, aprūpes specifiku, medikamentu lietošanu, sniegt uztura un profilaktiskās rekomendācijas.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is inpatient care of anemia patients. This topic was chosen because as a nurse, I deal with anemic patients who need inpatient care. The aim of the work: to study the care of patients with anemia in the hospital. Tasks: to analyze the available literature on anemia. Research question: what is the inpatient care of patients with anemia? The qualitative research method was chosen for the work as an interview with ten nurses who take care of anemia patients in "X" hospital. The desired result of the work: to promote the understanding of nurses and patients about anemia care in hospital. The nurse must be able to explain to patients the symptoms of anemia, the specifics of care, the use of medications, provide nutritional and preventive recommendations.
