Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Komandas darbs ambulatoro pacientu aprūpē, veicot plazmaferēzes procedūras” ir izvēlēta, lai veiktu uzlabojumus aprūpē pacientiem, veicot plazmaferēzes procedūras. Aferēzes centrs ir pirmais un vienīgais Latvijā dienas stacionāra dienests, kuram ir tiesības veikt plazmaferēzes procedūras. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot par komandas darbu ambulatoro pacientu aprūpē, veicot plazmaferēzes procedūras, Aferēzes centra ietvaros. Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums: Kāds ir pacientu viedoklis, par komandas darbu ambulatoro pacientu aprūpē, veicot plazmaferēzes procedūras? Autores veiktais pētījums pierāda, ka pacienti uzsver medicīnas personāla komandas sadarbības lomu, kā nozīmīgu pacientu aprūpē, veicot plazmaferēzes procedūras.

The theme of the bachelor thesis: ‘Teamwork in ambulatory patient care conducting plasmapheresis procedures is selected in order to improve the patient care conducting plasmapheresis procedures. Apheresis centre is the first and only ambulatory care centre in Latvia that has rights to conduct the plasmapheresis procedures. The goal of the research is to investigate about the teamwork in ambulatory patient care conducting plasmapheresis procedures within the framework of Apheresis centre. The following research question has been raised: What is the patients’ opinion about the teamwork in ambulatory patient care conducting plasmapheresis procedures? The research showed that the patients stressed the importance of the medical personnel cooperation conducting plasmapheresis procedures.
