Sociālais potenciāls kā Latvijas mazo pilsētu attīstību raksturojošs faktors: Iecavas un Kandavas piemēri

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Sociālais potenciāls kā Latvijas mazo pilsētu attīstību raksturojošs faktors: Iecavas un Kandavas piemēri” mērķis ir uzzināt, kā cilvēku aktivitāte mazā pilsētā var ietekmēt tās attīstību. Darba nodaļās autors apskata literatūru par sociālā potenciāla jēdzienu un tā sastāvdaļām, tiek veikti kompleksi ģeogrāfiski teritoriju raksturojumi, lai noskaidrotu pilsētas sociālā potenciāla fona faktorus, kā arī veiktas padziļinātas intervijas ar NVO pārstāvjiem. Rezultāts – teritoriju sociālā potenciāla novērtējums un nākotnes perspektīva. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 12 apakšnodaļām, informāciju papildina 10 tabulas, 11 attēli un 16 pielikumi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 53 lappuses.

The aim of bachelor’s thesis “Social potential as a factor characterizing the development of small Latvian towns – examples of Iecava and Kandava” is to determine, how resident activity in a small town can influence its development. In the chapters, the author examines the literature on social potential and its components, makes complex geographic profiles for both territories and carries out in-depth interviews with NGO representatives. The result – evaluation and future perspective of both territories’ social potentials. The thesis consists of 4 chapters and 12 subchapters. The information is supplemented by 10 tables, 11 images and 16 appendices. The thesis contains 53 pages.
