Abstract
Darbā veikta prostatas specifiskā membrānas antigēna (PSMA) liganda 68Ga-PSMA-HBED CC ražošana, izmantojot divas dažādas tehnoloģijas un salīdzināta abu produktu kvalitāte un ražošanas efektivitāte. Darbā izmantotas dažādas analīžu metodes – radioaktivitātes mērījumi, γ – spektrometrija un hromatogrāfiskās metodes.
Production of the ligand 68Ga-PSMA-HBED CC for prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) using two different production technologies, quality control for both of the products and a method for estimation of the efficiency of synthesis has been done. Different quality control methods have been used – measurement of activity , γ – spectrometry and chromatographic methods.
