Sieviešu lomas uztvere mežsaimniecības nozarē Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Sieviešu lomas uztvere mežsaimniecības nozarē Latvija”. Darba mērķis ir izmantojot studējošo un strādājošo sieviešu pieredzes stāstus noskaidrot, kā veidojas sieviešu pieredzes lomas uztvere mežsaimniecības nozarē Latvijā. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai tika veiktas desmit daļēji strukturētas intervijas (piecas ar nozares studentēm un piecas ar nozarē strādājošajām sievietēm). Intervijās tika uzdoti jautājumi par sieviešu darba pienākumiem, vīriešu attieksmi, atalgojumu, sieviešu devumu nozarei un nepieciešamību pēc sieviešu organizācijas. Darbā tiek secināts, ka sieviešu lomas uztvere mežsaimniecības nozarē saistīta gan ar viņu spēju labāk komunicēt un tikt galā ar rakstiskiem darba pienākumiem, gan ar to, ka viņas tiek uzskatītas par traucēkli no vīriešu puses, liekot sievietēm justies nepārliecinātām par savām spējām.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Perception of the role of women in the forestry sector in Latvia". The aim of the work is to find out how the perception of the role of women's experience in the forestry sector in Latvia is formed using the stories of the experiences of women studying and working in the sector. To achieve the set goal, ten semi-structured interviews were conducted (five with forestry students and five with women working in the industry). In the interviews, questions were asked about women's work responsibilities, men's attitudes, pay, women's contribution to the industry and the need for a women's organization. The paper concludes that the perception of women's role in the forestry industry is related to both their ability to communicate better and deal with written work duties, and also to the fact that they are considered a nuisance by men, making women feel insecure about their abilities in the forestry sector.
