Kvalitātes vadīšana uzņēmumā "Riga Fertilizer Terminal" un tās loma konkurētspējas nostiprināšanā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis: Izpētīt un iepazīt SIA “Riga Fertilizer Terminal” kvalitātes vadīšanu, salīdzināt to ar līdzīgu uzņēmumu RBP un izveidot tās pilnveidošanās priekšlikumus. Darbs sastāv no 4.nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiks aprakstīts uzņēmumu Riga Fertilizer Terminal un Rīgas Brīvostas Pārvaldes darbības apraksti. Otrajā sadaļā tiks apskatīti un izanalizēti kādi ir kvalitātes vadības aspekti. Trešajā sadaļā tiks aprakstīts, kas ir iekšējais un ārējais audits. Ceturtajā sadaļā tiks aprakstīts, kas ir ISO. Bakalaura darba beigās tiks izdarīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 59 lapas, tajā iekļauti 16 attēli, 27 literatūras avoti.

The purpose of the Bachelor's thesis is to study and to get acquainted with the quality management of SIA "Riga Fertilizer Terminal" and to develop its improvement proposals. The work consists of 4 chapters. The first chapter will describe the operational descriptions of Riga Fertilizer Terminal and Riga Freeport Authority. The second section will examine and analyze the quality management aspects. The third section will outline what is an internal and external audit. The fourth section will describe what is the ISO. At the end of the Baccalaureate, conclusions and suggestions will be made. The volume of the bachelor paper is 59 pages, it includes 16 pics, 27 literature sources.
