Pacienta aprūpes protokola un tuvfokusa rentgenterapijas plānošanas optimizācija

Abstract

Bakalaura darba pamatā ir literatūras un informatīvo materiālu izpēte, kā arī tuvfokusa rentgenterapijas kabineta statistikas analīze, lai noskaidrotu teorētiskos un praktiskos aspektus jauna pacientu aprūpes protokola nepieciešamībai. Darba mērķis ir izvērtēt pacienta aprūpes protokola un tuvfokusa apstarošanas optimizācijas nozīmi iespējamo starošanas blakņu mazināšanā. Tuvfokusa rentgenterapijai ir liela nozīme ļaundabīgo ādas audzēju ārstēšanā. Pētnieciskajā daļā sniegts statistisks datu apkopojums, un veikta datu analīze par visiem starošanas gadījumiem tuvfokusa rentgenterapijas kabinetā no konkrētās iekārtas D3000 Gulmay Medical Therapy X-ray Systems pastāvēšanas sākuma 2008. līdz 2012. gadam un turpmāk. Pētniecības metode ir kvantitatīvs neeksperimentāls pētījums, kā darba instruments – strukturēts novērojums. Darba pētījuma diagrammās tiek atspoguļoti un salīdzināti dati par veiktajām tuvfokusa rentgenterapijas procedūrām.

The aim of present work is to determine the need of the new patient care protocol in orthovoltage or superficial x-ray therapy cabinet based on statistical analyses of theoretical and practical aspects, as well research of literature and informative materials. The objective is to evaluate the importance of patient care protocol and potential of superficial x-ray therapy exposure optimization in reducing adverse skin reactions. Research part provides a statistical summary of the data and the analysis of data on all cases of irradiation in x-ray therapy cabinet with the installation Gulmay Medical Therapy D3000 X-ray Systems between 2008 and 2012 year. Orthovoltage x-ray therapy has a major role in malignant skin tumors. Research method is a quantitative non-experimental study, as an instrument - a structured observation.
