Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma: "Hronisku nieru slimību pacientu uztura īpatnības un malnutrīcijas riska izvērtējums hemodialīzes terapijas laikā" Tēmas aktualitāte: Tēma “Hronisku nieru slimību pacientu uztura īpatnības un malnutrīcijas riska izvērtējums hemodialīzes terapijas laikā” ir aktuāla, jo hroniska nieru slimība ir izplatīta un nopietna veselības problēma, kas būtiski ietekmē pacientu dzīves kvalitāti. Pareiza uztura šajā periodā ir būtisks ārstēšanas elements. Pacienti bieži vien ir pakļauti nepietiekama uztura riskam. Personalizēta pieeja ēdienreižu plānošanai un regulāra uztura stāvokļa novērtēšana ir būtiska, lai uzlabotu pacienta veselību un ārstēšanas efektivitāti. Pētījumi par šo tēmu palīdzēs uzlabot pacientu aprūpi, izstrādājot praktiskus ieteikumus uztura optimizēšanai un nepietiekama uztura novēršanai, tādējādi uzlabojot aprūpes kvalitāti un kopējo pacientu dzīves kvalitāti. Bakalaura darba mērķis: Izpētīt hronisku nieru slimību pacientu uztura īpatnības un malnutrīcijas riska izvērtējums hemodialīzes terapijas laikā. Pētījuma jautājums: 1. Kādas ir hroniska niera slimība pacientu uztura īpatnības? 2.Kā tiek izvērtēts malnutrīcijas risks hemodialīzes terapijas laikā? Pētījuma koncepcija: Apkopotā informācija tiks salīdzināta ar Dorotejas Oremas pašaprūpes deficīta teoriju.
