| dc.description.abstract | Pētījums tika veikts, lai izstrādātu dsRNS Larifan injekciju formas kvantitatīvu un kvalitatīvu noteikšanas metodi ar augsti efektīvās šķidruma hromatogrāfijas metodi (AEŠH). Tika izstrādāta jauna dsRNS noteikšanas metode izmantojot AEŠH. Pēc metodes izstrādes metode tika validēta, metodes validācija apstiprina to, ka izstrādātā metode ir specifiska, lineāra un precīza. Rezultātus iespējams iegūt ar lielu precizitāti, analizējamie paraugi istabas temperatūrā 24 stundu ietvaros dod atkārtojamus rezultātus. | dc.description.abstract | Aim of this research was to develop a new method of determination of dsRNA in Larifan injection by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). We developed a new method of determination of dsRNA by HPLC. The analytic procedure afterwards was validated and validation verified that developed method is specific, linear and precise. With this method you can get results with high precisely, sample solutions in room temperature within 24 hours obtain repeatable results.
