Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Distances staru terapijas elektronu un tufvokusa režīma īpatnības ādas audzēja ārstēšanā”. Pētījuma mērķis - noskaidrot distances staru terapijas elektronu un tuvfokusa metodes ietekmi uz ādas audzēju. Pētījuma gaitā tika noskaidrotas, kādas blaknes atstāj ādā šīs staru terapijas metodes. Pētījumā iegūtie rezultāti liecina par to, ka lielāks risks saslimt ar ādas vēzi un gūt smagākus ādas bojājumus ir cilvēkiem ar gaišu un normālu ādu. Pielietojot tuvfokusa metodi, ādas vēža ārstēšanā biežāk rodas 2B pakāpes ādas bojājums, bet elektronu režīmā visi ādas bojājumi rodas līdzīgās proporcijās. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 teorētiskajām nodaļām, pētījuma daļas, secinājumiem, literatūras saraksta un pielikuma. Topic of this bachelor thesis is’’specificity of external beam and orthovoltage radiotherapy in treatment of skin cancer’’. The aim of the study – find out external beam and orthovoltage radiotherapy effects on skin cancer. The study showed this effect the skin reactions of radiotherapy techniques. Results show that the greater risk is posed by skin cancer and skin damage to people with fair and normal skin. The use of orthovoltage radiotherapy for treatment of skin cancer is the damage 2B level to skin, but during external beam regime skin lesions appear in equal proportions. A Bachelor thesis contains introduction, 4 theoretical chapters, 6parts of the study, conclusions and bibliography and attachment. The amount of thesis is 39 pages. Key words - External beam.
