Lunasīna saturs kartupeļos un laboratorijas dzīvnieku pārtikas granulās

Abstract

Zinātniskajā literatūrā ir dati, ka lunasīns atrasts trijos nakteņu dzimtas augos. Mūsu pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot, vai lunasīns ir atrodams kartupeļos un kartupeļu sēklās, jo kartupeļi arī ir nakteņu dzimtas augs. Lunasīnu meklējām, ekstrahējot peptīdu frakcijas no 10 kartupeļu genotipiem un piecu kartupeļu šķirņu sēklām. Lunasīna saturu noteicām ar šķidruma hromatogrāfijas/masspektrometrijas tandēma metodi. Rezultāti liecina, ka analizēto kartupeļu genotipu bumbuļi un kartupeļu sēklas nesatur lunasīnu. Papildus veicām eksperimentus ar grauzēju pārtikas granulām, kas satur graudaugus kviešus un kukurūzu, un tajās atradām lunasīnu koncentrācijā 0,02 līdz 0,07 mg/g. The scientific literature shows that a lunasin is found in three plants of Solanaceae family. Our aim of the study was to determine whether lunasin is found in potato, which also belongs to the Solanaceae family, as well as in potato seeds. Lunasin was searched and peptides extracted from tubers of ten potato genotypes and from seeds of five genotypes, and its concentration was determined by liquid chromatography / mass spectrometry tandem method. Results showed that the tubers and seeds of the analyzed potato varieties and genotypes do not contain lunasin. In addition, we performed experiments with rodent food pellets containing cereals like wheat and corn, and we found lunasin in these pellets at concentration of 0.02 to 0.07 mg / g.
