Ogu komercdārza izveide lauku īpašumā "Skangaļi"

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Ogu komercdārza izveide lauku īpašumā “Skangaļi”” mērķis ir veicināt lauku īpašuma efektīvu apsaimniekošanu. Maģistra darbā tiek risināta konkrētā problēma par iespējām identificēt lauku īpašumam atbilstošu attīstāmo produktu jeb pakalpojumu ar pievienoto vērtību. Konkrētās problēmas risinājums tiek piedāvāts projekta veidā. Problēmas apzināšanai tika veikts pētījums par Rēzeknes novadā esoša lauku īpašuma attīstības iespējām, ņemot vērā ģeogrāfisko novietojumu un novadā esošo sociālekonomisko faktoru ietekmi. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka Rēzeknes novadā ir iespējams attīstīt lauku īpašumu, taču būtiski ir izmantot lauksaimniecības zemi atbilstoši tai noteiktajam mērķim. Autore problēmas risināšanai piedāvā lauku īpašumā izveidot bioloģisko ogu komercdārzu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 100 lapām, 19 tabulām, 8 attēliem un 35 pielikumiem. The aim of this master's thesis "Creation of a commercial organic berry garden in rural property "Skangali"" is to promote the efficient management of rural property. This master's thesis is solving the specific problem about the opportunities to identify a product to be developed or service with added value appropriate for this rural property. The solution to the specific problem is presented as a project. To identify the problem, a study was conducted on the development opportunities of a rural property in Rezekne region, taking into consideration the geographical location and the effect of the region’s socio-economic factors. Study results show that it is possible to develop a rural property in Rezekne region, but it is important to use agricultural land in accordance with its purpose. To solve this problem, the author proposes to create in this rural property a commercial organic berry garden. This master's thesis consists of 100 pages, 19 tables, 8 pictures and 35 appendices.
