Abstract

Jebkuram cilvēkam, kurš strādā algotu darbu ir iespēja saskarties ar izdegšanas sindromu. Katrs noteikti ir saskaries ar noguruma sajūt un nespēku, bet ne vienmēr ir skaidrs kas ir iemesls šim noguruma un nespēkam. Tādēļ darba autore savā darbā pēta vai pastāv atšķirība starp izdegšanas cēloņiem un mazināšanas iespējām privātā un valsts organizācijā un ja pastāv tad kādas. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms 59 lapas un divi pielikumi. Darbs sastāv no divām nodaļā, trim apakšnodaļām 6 tabulām, 26 attēliem un 24 izmantotajiem literatūras avotiem.
