Abstract
Diplomdarba tēma ir uzņēmuma klientu portāla prototipa izstrādes projekts. Darba mērķis ir veikt uzņēmuma funkciju un darbības analīzi, izpētīt datu apstrādes automatizēšanas iespējas un izstrādāt klientu portāla prototipa projektu, kas nestu pievienoto vērtību uzņēmumam un paaugstinātu klientu apmierinātību ar piedāvātājiem pakalpojumiem un to kvalitāti. Darbā autors apraksta elektroniskās datu apmaiņas priekšrocības, analizē klientu portālu funkcijas un integrācijas iespējas, sniedzot iespējamo risinājumu ekonomisko novērtējumu. Galvenie darba uzdevumi ir novērtēt informācijas sistēmas pilnveidošanas nepieciešamību, veikt esošo informācijas apstrādes procesu analīzi un noteikt trūkumus, izvērtēt klientu portāla ar elektroniskās datu apmaiņas savienojumu lietderību kā arī novērtēt iespējamos ieguvumus no to integrācijas. Projekta daļā tiek definētas portāla funkcijas, noteiktas prasības, izstrādāts jauns konteksta un sistēmas arhitektūras modelis.
The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is a customer portal prototype development project for the company. The aim of the work is to perform an analysis of the company's functions and operations, view possibilities of data processing automation and develop a customer portal prototype project that would result in an addded value to the company and would lead to an increased customer satisfaction with the quality of services provided. The author describes advantages of an electronic data interchange, analyzes customer portal functions and integration options, providing an economic assessment of possible solutions. Main tasks are to assess the need to improve information systems curently used, analyze the existing document processing and identify shortcomings, to evaluate the usefulness of a customer portal with the use of electronic data interchange connection as well as to assess potential benefits of such integration. In the project part, functions of the portal are defined, requirements are determined, a new context and system architecture model is developed.
