Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma - "Onkoloģijas pacientu pieredze hemotransfūzijas laikā". Tēmas izvēli pamato tas, ka hemotransfūzijas ir viena no biežāk pielietotajām metodēm onkoloģijas pacientu fiziskās pašsajūtas uzlabošanai. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt onkoloģijas pacientu pieredzi hemotransfūzijas laikā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ietver literatūras analīzi par onkoloģijas pacientu pieredzi hemotransfūzijas laikā. Analizēt B. Ņumanes (Neuman) veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju, saistībā ar onkoloģijas pacientu pieredzi hemotransfūziju laikā un veikt pētījumu. Pētniecības jautājumi: 1.Kāda ir onkoloģisko pacientu pieredze hemotransfūziju laikā? 2.Kādu informāciju pacients vēlas saņemt hemotransfūziju laikā? 3.Kādi ir pacienta ieteikumi, lai uzlabotu hemotransfūzijas procedūru? Bakalaura darbā izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode, kā pētniecības instruments tika izmantota daļēji strukturizēta intervija. Apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus tika secināts, ka onkoloģisko pacientu pieredze hemotransfūziju laikā kopumā ir pozitīva un pacienti vēlas saņemt detalizētu informāciju par hemotransfūzijas procedūru, kā arī cilvēcīgu un empātisku medicīnas personāla attieksmi un izsaka vēlmi saņemt rakstisku informāciju, kā “brošūru”. Bachelor's thesis topic - "Oncology patients' experience during hemotransfusion". The choice of topic is justified by the fact that blood transfusions are one of the most commonly used methods for improving the physical well-being of oncology patients. The aim of the work is to investigate the experience of oncology patients during hemotransfusion. The research tasks include a literature analysis on the experience of oncology patients during hemotransfusion. To analyze B. Neuman's health care system theory in relation to the experience of oncology patients during hemotransfusion and to conduct a study. Research questions: 1.What is the experience of oncology patients during hemotransfusions? 2.What information does the patient want to receive during hemotransfusion? 3.What are the patient's recommendations to improve the hemotransfusion procedure? The bachelor's thesis used a qualitative research method, and a semi-structured interview was used as a research instrument. Summarizing the results of the study, it was concluded that the experience of oncology patients during hemotransfusions is generally positive and patients want to receive detailed information about the hemotransfusion procedure, as well as a humane and empathetic attitude from medical staff and express a desire to receive written information, such as a "brochure".
