Abstract

Notikuma vietas apskate ir viena no sarežģītākajām izmeklēšanas darbībām ne tikai tādēļ, ka iespējams iegūt plaša apjoma informāciju, bet arī tādēļ, ka, pievēršot uzmanību kādam konkrētam objektam, nepamanāms var kļūt kāds cits izmeklējamā lietā nozīmīgs objekts. Tieši tādēļ nepieciešams ievērot atbilstošus taktiskos paņēmienus, lai būtiskais tiktu pamanīts un fiksēts, kā arī lai efektīvāk, ātrāk, bet tajā pašā laikā kvalitatīvāk norisinātos apskate. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzītos mērķus, darba autore analizē taktiskos paņēmienus katrā notikuma vietas apskates stadijā, pēta tiesu praksi un veic aptauju. Inspection of a crime scene is one of the most complicated actions of investigation not only because of the large amount of information obtained, but also because focusing on one particular object, other significant objects and details under investigation could be unnoticed. That is why it is essential to comply appropriate tactical techniques, so that the substantial would be noticed and fixed, as well as the inspection would occur more efficient, faster, but at the same time in better quality. In order to achieve objectives set in the work, author analyses tactical techniques of each stage in inspection of a crime scene, researches case law and carries out a survey. During the development of the work, author concludes that tactical technique is an essential element of crime scene inspection and its essence reveals in promoting the activities of investigation. Author also points out that when making photography during the static inspection, basic principles of forensic photography must be observed, and timely and appropriate choice of the method of inspection ensures completeness and objectivity of the information obtained during inspection.
