Aprūpes aspekts-dokumentācija, tās loma māsas darbā hematoloģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Aprūpes aspekts–dokumentācija māsas darbā hematoloģijas nodaļā” mērķis noskaidrot aprūpes dokumentācijas lomu un tās nepieciešamību māsas darbā . Darba teorētiskam pamatam izmantots K.Rojas „Adaptācijas modelis”. Aplūkota literatūra un veikta pacientu un māsu aptauja, lai iegūtu nepieciešamo informāciju. Darbā sniegta informācija par māsas darba funkciju un dokumentācijas lomu šajā darbā. Darbā analizēts māsas darbs saistībā ar dokumentāciju, kā arī māsu un pacientu attieksme pret esošo dokumentāciju. Rezultāti norāda, ka dokumentācijai ir svarīga loma māsas darbā. Pacientiem māsas dokumentācija rada drošības sajūtu. Darbā izmantoti 33 literatūras avoti, no tiem 25 latviešu valodā, 3 angļu valodā un 5 krievu valodā. The aim of Bachelor`s paper “Care aspect – documentation at nurse work in the department of haematology” is to establish the role of care documentation and its necessity at nurse work in the department of haematology. The author achieves it by analysing connection of K.Roja`s theory with nurse work in the department of haematology, by familiarizing with the literature about nurse work and nurse documentation, by doing patients` and nurses` questionnaire, by establishing the role of care documentation for nurses and patients. Research results are summarized and analysed. Theoretical part provides information on nurse function and work, nurse documentation and its use at nurse work in the department of haematology. Research part analyses nurse work in connection with documentation and nurse`s and patient’s attitude to documentation and its expediency at nurse work in the department of haematology. The author uses 33 sources of literature – 25 in Latvian, 3 in English and 5 in Russian. Key words: nurse, care, patient, nurse work documentation, adoption, expedience, quality.
