Abstract

Bakalaura darbs pēta Iļģuciema apbūvi Rīgā no 1856. līdz 1900. gadam. Iļģuciema kā apdzīvotas vietas attīstība ir cieši saistīta ar priekšpilsētas teritoriālo stāvokli, kā arī ar Rīgas mūru nojaukšanu un aktīvas industrializācijas sākšanos. 19. gadsimta otrajā pusē Iļģuciems kļuva par piemērotu teritoriju rūpniecības attīstībai. Iļģuciemā sāka darboties daudzas rūpnīcas, attīstījās ielu tīkli un sabiedriskās vietas. Iļģuciema specifika gan vēstures, gan atrašanās vietas ziņā ir radījusi unikālu un pastāvīgi mainīgu telpu. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Iļģuciema rajona attīstību posmā no 1856. gada līdz 1900. gadam.

The bachelor work researches development of Iļģuciems vicinity in Riga from 1856 to 1900. The development of Iļģuciems is closely related to the territorial condition of the suburb, as well as to the demolition of the walls of Riga and the beginning of active industrialization. In the second half of the 19th century, Iļģuciems became a suitable area for industrial development. Many factories, street networks and public places began to develop in Iļģuciems. The specific nature of Iļģuciems, both in terms of history and location, has created a unique and constantly changing space. The aim goal of the bachelor's is to research the development of Iļģuciems from 1856 to 1900.
