Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Dzīvokļu tirgus Rīgā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noteikt Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus pieprasījuma un piedāvājuma ietekmējošus faktorus un izpētīt dzīvokļa tirgus cenu veidošanas mehānismu, raksturojot Rīgas dzīvokļa tirgus attīstības tendences 2021.-2022.gadā. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi - izpētīt zinātnisko literatūru par nekustamo īpašumu tirgus darbību; veikt normatīvo dokumentu analīzi, kuri regulē dzīvokļa tirgu; analizēt Rīgas dzīvokļu tirgus pieprasījuma un piedāvājuma ietekmējošus faktorus. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem. Bakalaura darba pamatteksts ir izklāstīts uz 62 lapaspusēm un ilustrēts 23 attēlos, 3 tabulās un 2 pielikumos. The subject of the bachelor thesis is “Apartment market in Riga”. The aim of bachelor thesis is to determine the factors influencing the demand and supply of the Riga apartment market and to evaluate the mechanism of apartment market price formation, describing the development trends of the Riga apartment market in 2021-2022. To achieve the bachelor thesis aim there was performed analysis of the scientific literature on the operation of the real estate market; analysis of normative documents regulating the apartment market has been performed; the factors influencing the demand and supply of the Riga apartment market are analyzed. The bachelor thesis consists of introduction, four chapters, conclusions and proposals. The contents of bachelor thesis is laid down on 62 pages.
