Abstract
Darba apjoms: 47lpp., ietver 11 tabulas, izmantoti 50 literatūras avoti, pievienoti 3 pielikumi.
Bachelor thesis topic: The early mobilization plan for patients after joint replacement surgeries. Relevance of the topic: according to available guidelines, in order to promote faster patient recovery, it is necessary to consider the resumption of physical akctivity and movement starting on the first day after joint replacement surgery. (4) Studies confirm that patients who begin early mobilization return to daily activities more quickly and reduce their length of stay in the hospital. (24).Guided by a unified action plan, targeted posoperative care ir essential for patients to regain mobility and movement more quicly. The purpose of the work: to determine the care process of the early mobilization plan for patients after joint replacement surgery. Research tasks: 1. Analyze Dorothea Orem’s self - care theory in relation to the thesis topic; 2. Collect and analyze literature on patient mobilization, education, and involvement; 3. Develop a research tool – interview questions; 4. Conduct the research; 5. Collect and analyze the data obtained in the research; 6. Draw conclusion from the research. Resarch question: what care processes are included in the early mobilization of patients after joint replacement surgery? Research method: qualitative research method. Research instrument: semi – structured interview – 10 questions. Research results: the stated aim of the study was achieved. The resaerch question regarding what care processes are included in the aerly mobilization of patients after joint replacement surgery has been answered. The hospital nurse assesses and facilitates the patient’s overall health condition after the surgery, educates, and motivates them to actively participate in the early mobilization process within the framework of the plan. Key words: early mobilization, nurse’s role, postoperative care processes, patient education. Work volume: 47 pages, includes 11 tables, used 50 literature sources, attached 3 appendices.
