Abstract

Bakalaura darba „Pierādīšanas apskats iztiesāšanā kriminālprocesā” galvenie mērķi ir: sniegt ieskatu par to, kas ir pierādīšana, kāds ir šī jēdziena saturs, tā saikne ar loģikas zinātni; sniegt skaidrojumu par to, kas ir pierādīšanas priekšmets, pierādīšanas pienākums, pierādīšanas subjekti, kādu lomu šie jēdzieni spēlē tieši krimināllietas iztiesāšanas laikā; norādīt uz interesantākajiem, sarežģītākajiem, problemātiskākajiem pierādīšanas teorijas aspektiem, kas atspoguļoti gan teorētiķu uzskatos, gan tiesu praksē.

The bachelor's thesis "Overview of concerning proof in criminal trial proceedings" main points are: to provide insight on what is proof, the concept of the definition, it's relationship to the science of logic; to provide clarification on the subject of proof, the burden of proof, proof entities, what role these concepts take during the trial of a criminal case; to point to the interesting, complex, more problematic aspects of the theory, which reflected both the theorists views and judicial practice.
