Abstract
Bakalaura darba “Pasākumu organizēšanas metodika publiskajās bibliotēkās” mērķis ir izstrādāt metodiskas vadlīnijas bibliotēku pasākumu organizēšanā, kas, kā citiem bibliotēkas darbības procesiem, līdz šim nav izstrādātas un bibliotēkas darbinieki dažādus pasākumus organizē pēc saviem ieskatiem un izjūtām. Pētījuma teorētiskā bāze tiek balstīta uz dažādiem viedokļiem un no dažādiem skatu punktiem dažādās jomās (mārketinga, sabiedriskās attiecības, pedagoģija, psiholoģij a), izmantojot “Pamatotās teorijas” (Grounded theory) pieeju, lai gala rezultātā radītu pētījumam atbilstošu teoriju. Galvenās datu vākšanas metodes izvēlētas kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes – intervēšana un novērošana. Ar interviju palīdzību tika noskaidroti bibliotēku vadītāju, ar dažādu darba pieredzi, viedokļi par pasākumu organizēšanu, bet ar novērošanu – bibliotēku organizēto pasākumu struktūra, radošuma pielietojums tajos un apmeklētāju emociju izpausmes. Pētījuma rezultātā tiek izstrādātas metodiskas vadlīnijas publisko bibliotēku pasākumu organizēšanā, kas ir noderīgas un praktiski pielietojamas bibliotēku ikdienas darbā.
The aim of the bachelor thesis “ Methodical organization of events in public libraries “ is to develop methodological guidelines for organizing library activities,which, like other activites of the library have not been elaborated so far and library staff organize various events at their discreation and feelings. The theoretical basis of the research is based on different points of view in various fields ( marketing, public relations, pedagogy, psychology, using the ‘grounded theory” approach , in order to create a theory appropriate to the reasearch. The main methods of data collection are selected qualitative research methods - interviewing and observing. Through interviews were clarified opinions of the library managers with different work experiences about organizing events, but with observation - the structure of events organized by the library, the use of creativity in them and the expressions of visitor emotions. The research leads to the development of methodological guidelines for the organization of public library events that are useful and practical in the daily work of libraries.
