Korupcijas ietekme uz starptautisko ekonomiku un tirdzniecību

Abstract

Vēl joprojām vairākās pasaules valstīs ir augsts korupcijas līmenis. Ekonomiski šīs valstis ļoti atšķiras no citām valstīm, kurās ir zems korupcijas līmenis. Tādēļ tēma par korupcijas ietekmi ir aktuāla un aplūkojama, jo ne visas valstis spēj cīnīties pret korupciju. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt korupcijas ietekmi uz valstu starptautisko sadarbību – ekonomikas un tirdzniecības jomās, un noformulēt hipotētiskus priekšlikumus, lai varētu cīnīties ar to. Darba uzdevumi bija iepazīties ar korupciju kā konceptu, tās iemesliem, novērtēšanas iespējām un ietekmi un salīdzināt valstis, kas pēc iedzīvotāju skaita un teritoriāli ir līdzīgas, bet kurās atšķiras korupcijas līmenis. Rezultātā secināts, ka korupcija ir cieši saistīta ar starptautisko ekonomiku un tirdzniecību, un viens otram var būt par iemeslu.

To this day many countries in the world still have a high level of corruption. Economically these countries significantly differ from the countries with lower levels of corruption. Therefore the topic of the effects of corruption is topical and should be looked at, because not all countries are able to fight corruption. The goal of the work is to study the effects of corruption on international cooperation – economics and trade, and to formulate hypothetical propositions on how to fight it. The tasks of the work are to analyze corruption as a concept, its causes, and assessment possibilities and compare countries, which are similar by population count and territory, but have different corruption levels. As a result, it can be deduced that corruption is closely connected with international economics and trade and each can be a cause for the other.
