Dokumentu pasūtīšana un rezervēšana bibliotēkas attālas pieejas katalogā

Abstract

Maģistra darbā aplūkotas teorētiskās nostādnes par bibliotēku pakalpojumiem interneta vidē, informācijas pakalpojumu mārketingu, priekšnoteikumiem dokumentu pasūtīšanas un rezervēšanas moduļa ieviešanā un izmantošanā. Praktiskajā daļā veikta konkrētu Latvijas bibliotēku pieredzes izpēte dokumentu pasūtīšanas un rezervēšanas pakalpojuma ieviešanā un izmantošanā un analizēti lietotāju aptaujas rezultāti. Pētījuma rezultātā identificētas problēmas pakalpojuma ieviešanā, izmantošanā un popularizēšanā un piedāvāti iespējamie risinājumi situācijas uzlabošanai. Pētījumā iekļautajās bibliotēkās, kurās sasniegts bibliotekāro procesu atbilstošs automatizācijas līmenis, tiek izmantotas bibliotēku informācijas sistēmas piedāvātās funkcionālās iespējas un veikts pārdomāts popularizēšanas darbs un klientu apmācības, pakalpojums ir ieviests.

Master paper deals with the theory of library services in internet environment, marketing of information services, prerequisites for the implementation and using of document ordering and reservation module. The practical part deals with the research area of particular Latvian libraries’ experience in the implementation of document ordering and reservation and analyzes user survey results. As a result of the study, the paper identifies the problems of service implementation, usage and popularisation and offers solutions for improvement of the situation. Libraries which are included in the research and provide appropriate level of library process automation as well as offer functional opportunities of the library information system providing considered popularisation and user education, have implemented this service.
