Abstract
Bakalaura darbā tiks aplūkotas disciplinārās varas izpausmi psihiatrijā Mišela Fuko filozofijas kontekstā. Darba mērķis ir pievērsties Mišela Fuko filozofijai psihiatrijas sakarā. Represīvā psihiatrija kā viena no psihiatrijas vēsturiskām formām parāda, cik nežēlīga un dažāda var būt psihiatrijas prakse kā tāda, jo pēc savas diskursīvās uzbūves un ģenealoģiskas saistības, tā ir identiska ar mūsdienu liberālo psihiatriju.
In this bachelor's thesis disciplinary power expressions are studied in the context of Michael Foucault's philosophy. The aim of the study is to apply Foucault's philosophy to the case of psychiatry. Repressive psychiatry as one of the psychiatry's historical forms displays, how cruel and different psychiatric practice can be as such, because according to its discursive structure and genealogical bonds it is identical to modern liberal psychiatry.
