Abstract
Kredītiestāžu un nekustamo īpašumu pārstāvju viens no svarīgākajiem uzdevumiem - noskaidrot patērētāju uzvedības ietekmējošos faktorus nekustamā īpašuma tirgū, lai pielāgotos patērētāju vēlmēm/vajadzībām un veicinātu Latvijas ekonomikas izaugsmi, taču ne vienmēr ir iespējams tos precīzi identificēt. Darba mērķis: analizēt Latvijas patērētāju uzvedību un noskaidrot to uzvedības ietekmējošos faktorus nekustamā īpašuma tirgū. Secinājumi: Patērētāju uzvedību nekustamā īpašuma tirgū ietekmē ekonomikas attīstības cikliskums un psiholoģiskie faktori, kā arī citi faktori, kas patērētājiem var individuāli atšķirties. Darbā ir ievietotas 3 tabulas, 44 attēli, 11 pielikumi un izmantoti 63 literatūras un citi informācijas avoti.
One of crucial tasks of credit institutions and real estate representatives - find out the factors influencing consumer behaviour in the real estate market to adapt to consumers' expectations/needs and promote growth of Latvian economy, but it is not always possible to identify them accurately. The purpose of thesis - analyse the behaviour of Latvian consumers and ascertain the factors influencing consumer behaviour in the real estate market.Conclusions: Consumer behaviour in the real estate market is influenced by cyclical, psychological factors of economic development, and as well other factors that differ individually. Master thesis contains 3 tables, 44 images, 11 attachments and 63 sources of literature and other information.
