Sistēmu integrācija un e-pakalpojumu izstrāde ar Microsoft BizTalk server

Abstract

Uzņēmumiem attīstoties, attīstās arī to informatīvās sistēmas. Diemžēl bieži vien tās attīstās katra pa savu ceļu, jo uzņēmuma iekšienē trūkst vienotas IT politikas. Rezultātā rodas tādas kā informatīvo sistēmu „salas”, kuras paliek arvien grūtāk pārvaldīt, uzturēt un darbināt. Pats galvenais – iegūt informāciju vai veikt kādu biznesa procesu kļūst arvien sarežģītāk, laikietilpīgāk un dārgāk. Lai nezaudētu savu pozīciju tirgū vai arī klientu uzticību, uzņēmumam jāspēj cīnīties ar šīm problēmām, izvēloties sistēmu integrācijas metodi, kas atvieglo darbu, samazina izmaksas un automatizē biznesa procesus, tādējādi sniedzot informāciju klientiem ātrāk par konkurentiem. Lai nostiprinātu pozīcijas tirgū un kļūtu pieejamāki patērētājiem, uzņēmumi savus tradicionāli piedāvātos pakalpojumus bieži sniedz arī elektroniski, savukārt elektronisko pakalpojumu izstrāde bieži vien ietver arī dažādo uzņēmuma sistēmu integrāciju. Šajā darbā stāstīts par sistēmu integrācijas paveidu EAI/DAI, firmas Microsoft izstrādāto sistēmu integrācijas rīku Microsoft BizTalk Server, kā arī aplūkota sistēmu integrācijas risinājuma realizācija e-pakalpojuma izstrādē, izmantojot šo rīku. Papildus Microsoft BizTalk Server apskatam veikta arī līdzīga produkta Oracle BPEL Process Manager analīze un abi rīki salīdzināti.

When an enterprise evolves, its information systems evolve with it. However, often they develop on their own because of absence of unified IT politics within an enterprise. As a result there appear „islands” of information systems, which become harder and harder to manage, maintain and operate. The key issue is that complexity, cost and duration of obtaining information or running business process keep growing. To hold position in the market and client loyalty, the enterprise must be able to challenge these problems, choosing the right integration solution, which ease operating, reduces costs ant automates business processes, thus offering the information to clients faster than rivals. To hold their position in the market and to become more accessible to their clients, enterprises often offer their traditional services electronically, but the development of e-services often require the integration of various systems within an enterprise. This paper tells about EAI/DAI, the variety of system integration, as well as Microsoft BizTalk Server, the Microsoft’s tool for system integration and business process automation. The paper shows an e-service development and system integration solution using Microsoft BizTalk Server. Besides the review of Microsoft BizTalk Server the paper contains an analysis of similar tool – Oracle BPEL Process Manager and comparison of both tools.
