Abstract
Latvijā attālinātais darbs vēl ir samērā jauns jēdziens, bet pēdējā gada laikā uzņēmumi cenšas attīstīties tieši attālinātā darba jomā, lai spētu turpināt darbu un uzturēt sociālo distancēšanos. Saistībā ar attālināto darbu Latvijā ir virkne neatrisinātu jautājumu, jo uzņēmējiem trūkst pieredzes šai jomā, līdz ar to pētāmais jautājums ir sevišķi aktuāls šobrīd un darbā iegūtās atziņas var būt noderīgas jebkuram uzņēmumam, kas vēlas attīstīt attālinātā darba sniegtās iespējas. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt attālinātā darba iespējas un ar to saistītās problēmas, izstrādāt tā efektivitātes paaugstināšanas priekšlikumus. Pētījuma rezultāti liek secināt, ka attālināto darbu nākotnē plāno izmantot arvien vairāk uzņēmumi, un pārdomāti plānojot un organizējot attālināto darbu ir iespējams ne tikai saglabāt darba efektivitāti, bet pat paaugstināt to. In Latvia, remote work is still a relatively new concept, but over the past year, companies have been trying to develop in the field of remote work in order to be able to continue working and maintain social distancing. There are a number of unresolved issues related to remote work in Latvia, as entrepreneurs lack experience in this field, so the research issue is especially relevant now and the findings gained at work can be useful for any company that wants to develop the opportunities provided by remote work. The aim of the work is to study the possibilities of remote work and the related problems, to develop proposals for increasing its efficiency. The results of the research lead to the conclusion that more and more companies plan to use remote work in the future, and by carefully planning and organizing remote work it is possible not only to maintain work efficiency, but even to increase it.
