Veselīgas ēšanas veicināšanas iespējas mājturībā un tehnoloģijās 8.klasē

Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Veselīgas ēšanas veicināšanas iespējas mājturībā un tehnoloģijās 8.klasē”. Tā mērķis ir izveidot mācību saturu tēmai “Veselīgs uzturs” mājturības un tehnoloģiju stundās 8.klasē un pārbaudīt to praksē. Darba pirmajā nodaļā izskatīta tēmas aktualitāte, izanalizēta pieejamā pedagoģiskā un psiholoģiskā literatūra par pusaudžu vecumposmu, izpētīti mācību priekšmeta reglamentējošie normatīvie dokumenti, aprakstītas izmantotās mācību metodes un vērtēšanas kritēriju izstrādes nosacījumi. Otrajā nodaļā raksturots veselīgs uzturs. Diplomdarba trešajā nodaļā izveidots mācību stundu tematiskais plāns, aprobēts izveidotais mācību saturs, aprakstīti iegūtie rezultāti un aptaujas dati.

The theme of the Diploma Paper is “Healthy Eating Promotion Possibilities in Household and Technologies Class for Grade 8”. The aim of the Diploma Paper is to create a educational content for the theme “Healthy Eating” in Household and Technologies Class for Grade 8 and practically verify it. In the first part of Diploma Paper is analized available pedagogical and psychological literature on adolescent age groups, explored the subject of regulatory documents describing the teaching methods and evaluation criteria development conditions. The second part of Paper consists of description of "Healthy eating" theme. In the third part of Diploma is created thematic lesson plan, piloted established learning content, described the results and survey data.
