Īpašuma apdrošināšanas problēmas Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīts īpašuma apdrošināšanas problēmas Latvijā. Analizējot izveidoto aptauju rezultātus gan no patērētāju puses, gan no apdrošinātāju puses, kā arī kopējā tirgus tendences ir izdarīti secinājumi un priekšlikumi īpašuma apdrošināšanas problēmu risināšanai Latvijā. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, autors izpētīja Latvijas īpašuma apdrošināšanas tirgus attīstību. Pētījums galvenokārt veikts par laika periodu no 2007.gada līdz 2012.gadam ieskaitot, lai precīzāk iezīmētu tirgus tendences pirms ekonomiskās krīzes un ekonomiskās atveseļošanās periodā. Darbs ir izstrādāts trīs daļās. Pirmā daļa- raksturota nedzīvības apdrošināšanas būtību. Otrā daļa tiek veltīta tieši Īpašuma apdrošināšanas tirgus izpētei, savukārt pēdējā daļa, autors veic abu aptauju rezultātu. Saturs izklāstīts 77 lapaspusēs, 8 tabulas un 29 attēli. Darba literatūras sarakstā ir 27 nosaukumi un pielikums.

In the Bachelor`s thesis, property insurance problems in Latvia are researched. Analyzing the results of the made surveys referred to customers and insurers, as well as the tendencies of the common market, conclusions and proposals on researching the property insurance problems have been made. In order to receive the set objective, the author has researched the development of property insurance market of Latvia. The research mainly has been done for the time period from 2007 till 2012 including, in order to mark the market tendencies before the economic crisis and during the economic recovery period. The work consists of three parts,the first part is characterizing the basic principles of the non-life insurance. The second part has been devoted to the research of the property insurance market, while in the last part the author makes analysis of the results. The contents are set out in 77 pages, 8 tables and 29 images. The list of work literature consists of 27 titles and appendix.
