Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika pētīta paternitātes brīvprātīgas atzīšanas un apstrīdēšanas vēsturiskā, mūsdienu un ārvalstu regulējuma, kā arī to mērķa un nozīmes analīze. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izvērtēt esošos kritērijus paternitātes brīvprātīgai atzīšanai un apstrīdēšanai. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi - paternitātes brīvprātīgas atzīšanas un apstrīdēšanas procesa, mērķa, izpratnes, vēsturiskās attīstības analīze, kā arī salīdzināšanu, ņemot vērā ārvalstu regulējumu. Sniegt priekšlikumus paternitātes brīvprātīgās atzīšanas un apstrīdēšanas procesa uzlabošanai, ņemot vērā bērna labākās intereses. Darba rezultātā autore sniedz savus priekšlikumus brīvprātīgi atzītas paternitātes apstrīdēšanas pilnveidošanai.
