Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Aprūpes process pacientiem pēc perikarda punkcijas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Sirds slimības ir nozīmīgākā sabiedrības veselības problēma Latvijā, arī izplatītākās Eiropā ar pieaugošu izplatību visā pasaulē. Arī perikarda punkcijas nepieciešamība ar katru gadu palielinās, liecina vienas no Rīgas lielākās slimnīcas statistika. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas veikto aprūpes procesu pacientiem pēc perikarda punkcijas. Pētniecības uzdevumi: Veikt literatūras analīzi par perikarda iekaisuma veicinošām saslimšanām, perikarda punkcijas metodi, aprūpi un komplikācijām. Analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas veselības aprūpes sistēmas teoriju. Izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu māsām par pacientu aprūpi pēc perikarda punkcijas intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Veikt pētniecību. Apkopot un analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus. Izdarīt secinājumus un rekomendācijas, izstrādāt perikarda drenas aprūpes lapu. Izvirzītie pētniecības jautājumi: 1. Kādi ir galvenie aprūpes principi pacientiem pēc perikarda punkcijas? 2. Vai esošā aprūpes dokumentācija sniedz pietiekamu informāciju par pacienta aprūpi pēc perikarda punkcijas? Pētniecības instruments: 1. Daļēji strukturēta intervija; 2. Dokumentu analīze. Galvenie aprūpes principi pacientiem pēc perikarda punkcijas ir iekaisuma pazīmju noteikšana ap perikarda drenu, izdalītais šķidrums no perikarda drenas, drenas izskats, pārsēju maiņa, pacienta vispārējais stāvoklis. Ņemot vērā, ka intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, kur veicu intervijas nav noteikts dokuments, kur dokumentēt aprūpi pēc perikarda punkcijas, 9 respondenti atbildēja, ka vēlas, lai viņu nodaļā būtu šāda aprūpes lapa, un 9 uzskata, ka aprūpe ar to kļūtu labāka.

The Bachelor Paper`s thesis - care process for patients after pericardial puncture in the intensive care unit. Cardio vascular diseases are major public health problem in Latvia, they are also common in Europe with an increasing prevalence worldwide. According to one of Riga's largest hospital’s statistics, the need for the pericardial puncture procedure is increasing every year. The Objective of the Paper is to research the nurse caring process for patients after pericardial puncture. The Research Objectives: analysis of literature about diseases that enhance pericardial inflammation, pericardial puncture method, treatment and complications. Analyses of Betty Newman’s healthcare system theory. Development of a research tool for nurses about patient care after pericardial puncture in the intensive care unit. Carry out research. Collect and analyze survey results. Draw conclusions and recommendations for the development of pericardial drain care protocol. Research Questions: 1. What are the main patients’ care principles after pericardial puncture? 2. Does the existing care documentation provide sufficient information about the patient's care after pericardial puncture? Research Tools: 1. Semi-structured interview; 2. document analysis. The main principles of care for patients after pericardial puncture is inflammation around a pericardial drain, the liquid released from the pericardial drain, appearance of the drain, change of the dressing, the patient's general condition. Taking into account that at the intensive care unit, where the interviews were conducted, there is no current document that helps recording the care process after the pericardial puncture, therefore 9 respondents answered that they would like to have such a document at their unit, and 9 of them believe that it would improve the care.
